Frequently Asked Questions

What insurances do you accept?

We accept most private insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, workman’s compensation, and auto insurances. We will be happy to check your insurance benefits for you. Please call our office at 215-947-3443 for more information.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, we provide FREE local transportation.

Do you offer affordable payment plans?

Yes. For people with a high deductible and/or a high co-pay, payment plans are available. We will work with you to make sure that you receive the care that you need, without straining your budget.

Can you still treat me if I don't have insurance?

Yes. Our rates are affordable, and you can expect long term results in less visits. This will reduce your out of pocket expenses, enabling you to focus on your recovery, not your bank account. Costs will vary based upon your condition. Please call our office at 215-947-3443 for more information.

What will be the duration and frequency of my treatment?

Both the duration and frequency of your treatment will vary depending on your condition and reason for therapy. However, the average length of treatment is shorter than it will be at other facilities, due to our specialized one-on-one care and high qualification of therapists.

How early should I arrive for my first appointment?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you can fill out the required paperwork. If you fill out your paperwork online, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we can verify your insurance information.

What should I wear?

You will need to expose the body part that is affected (knee, shoulder, back, etc.) Loose fitting apparel such as sweats and T-shirt are ideal, otherwise you may have to use a gown. Tennis shoes, gym shorts, T-shirts and exercise pants are recommended.

How long is each therapy session?

On average, most therapy sessions take at least one hour, depending upon the complexity of your condition.
