Dana earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University (summa cum laude) with a specialization in Athletic Training and became board certified as an athletic trainer in 2008. One of her favorite parts of athletic training was the rehabilitation process – watching people return to sport after an unexpected injury or set back.

After completing a four-part series of post-graduate courses and passing a written and practical Credentialing Examination, Dana became certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) in 2018.

The McKenzie Method of MDT is a very well researched and effective method of treatment intended for many musculoskeletal problems, including pain in the back, neck and extremities.

In 2021 she became PWR!Moves certified, so that she can help people with Parkinson’s Disease regain their functionality by building strength, power, and mental flexibility.

She also completed Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

When not working Dana enjoys spending her time with her family and her furry babies Axel and Heidi.
